 &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Act as a consultant to other parts of the organization in the area of expertise.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of new product trials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Analyze, present and document the results.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Master's in Polymer Material Science, PhD is a plus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         At least 10 years of post Master's, or Doctorate, experience with at least 5 years in industrial applications (non-academic positions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Demonstrated ability to apply polymer synthesis techniques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Excellent communications skills.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;*         Must have sound analytical skills, attention to details, strong problem solving skills.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
