QA System implementation Auditor Candidate must have a BS degree in MIS or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years experience in the Quality Assurance field like performance of Quality System Audits, building and maintaining standards, develop and manage test plans from functional specifications … etc. Candidate must have proficient communication, good analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of English, working experience in SAP system is desired.
Corrosion/ Metallurgy Engineer Candidate must have a BS degree in metallurgical / mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in equipment metallurgical & corrosion monitoring in petrochemical, refinery or similar process industry. cabable for carrying out metallurgical investigations, mechanical and corrosion related failure analysis. Candidate must have good knowledge of metal classification, NDT methods and chemical analysis on metals using the specialized tools. Candidate must have proficient communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of English, working experience in SAP system is desired.
Mechanical Inspection Engineer Candidate must have a BS Degree in mechanical/metallurgical engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in stationary process equipment inspection including welding in a petrochemical, refinery, or similar process industry. Candidate must have proficient communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of English, working experience in SAP system is desired.
Inspection Supervisor Candidate must have BS Engineering Degree with a minimum of 8 years direct experience or a minimum of 15 years direct inspection experience in the oil and petrochemical industry. Familiar with all techniques and quality methods used in the inspection and repair of static equipment including heat exchanger, columns, vessels, furnaces, boiler, tanks, flares and piping. Must hold at least three relevant API certifications from API 510, 570, 653 , 571, 580, and 577. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of codes such as ASME Section I, V, VIII and IX, ASME B31.3, API-510, API-570, API-653 and /or applicable SABIC standards. Good knowledge of NDT and Welding jobs. Good knowledge in metallurgy and materials. Good leadership and supervisory skills. A thorough knowledge of English, both written and spoken with ability to write technical reports.
Welding Specialist Candidate must have a Diploma in mechanical/metallurgical engineering or equivalent, provided that he is certified in welding with a minimum of 10 years experience in process equipment inspection including welding in a petrochemical, refinery, or similar process industry. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares.
Advance Process Control Engineer Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering with 8 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 3 years in Advance Process Control (APC),Polyethylene,Phenolics & Bis-phenol A (BPA) He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares.
Sr. Rotating Equipment Engineers candidate shall have a minimum experience of 15 years in mechanical engineering in the field of rotating equipment maintenance and engineering in petrochemical or refinery industries. He shall have Advanced communication skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong knowledge of Machinery working, maintenance and engineering details, ability to work with minimal supervision and leadership skills.
Reliability Leaders (RCM/RCA) Candidate shall have a minimum of 10 years of Reliability studies & Engineering experience in the petrochemical or oil industry including at least 5 years supervisory experience in reliability. Candidate shall have Proficient Leadership and Decision Making Skills, Proficient Communication Skills, Very good knowledge of English, Practical experience with Risk, reliability and maintenance practices, procedures and tools, Sound knowledge and experience in reliability techniques (specifically RCM and RCA), Possess a good degree of cross disciplined engineering expertise, Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Innovative approach directed towards Reliability Improvement process and Good knowldge about the reliability software system, like Meridium.
Vibration Analysis Engineer Candidate shall have a Minimum of 15 years experience in Mechnical engineering in the field of Rotating Equipment engineering and maintenance, Specializing in Vibration analysis and troubleshooting of rotating equipments in a petrochemical, refinery, or power plant. the candidate shall possess a minimum of L-III certification from the vibration institute. he shall have advanced communication skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Good knowledge of Machinery condition Monitoring technologies, Good knowledge of Machinery working, maintenance and engineering details, Excellent Knowledge of Machinery vibration analysis and trouble shooting, fluency in english and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Process Consultants Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering with Minimum 15 years of experience in petrochemical industry producing polyolefins. Out of which at least 10 years, specially in the following fields:- .....................1- Gas Crackers 2- Polycarbonate ( Asahi Kasei Process ) 3- Polyethelyene ( Hostalen - Basell process ) 4- Phenol/ Cumene / BPA ( KBR & Badger processes ) 5- Amines ( Ethoxylates & Ethanol Amines ). He should be familiar with the day to day Quality related problems & probable solutions. He should have basic knowledge of statistics & SPC, Material/heat balances, P&IDs Development, process calculation, safety and reviews such as HAZOP. Participate in process design and reviews of petrochemical project. Operational experience in similar petrochemical plant is plus. He should have hands on experience of developing & validating the methods related to the Quality analysis. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing & aware of LIMS & SAP.

Engineers Wanted in Oil & Gas Sector

Business Planner
Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Process Or Chemical Engineering with minimum of 05 years experience in Petrochemicals & plant operation (Olefins Technologies/ Gas Cracker, EO/EG, Phenolics, Polycarbonates, Polyolefin's, Amines or Utilities/ Off sites). & at least 03 years experience in data analysis & business support function. He should have the ability to issue business reports, demonstrate expertise in complex data management, good organizational skills, financial background & strong initiative & ability to manage multiple tasks. He should have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts & problem solve & ability to quickly & accurately manipulate info in excel. He should be excellent in oral & written English, Computer literate & SAP operation.

Reliability Engineer

1. Engineering Degree.

2. 10 years experience in Maintenance, Operations and Technical in the Petrochemical or oil industry.

3. Certified and hands on experience in Meridium software and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) methodology.

4. Experience in development and implementation of Reliability Engineering systems.

5. Poses positive attitude and behavior and strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to work in and with multi-cultural work environment. Good communications skills (oral and written)

6. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills using structured methodologies like RCA.

PED Material Scientist
The Polymer Material Scientist will be a member of a team responsible for the development of new Polycarbonate polymer product recipes. He will report to the Senior Technical Research engineer.

Job Responsibilities:


* Contribute to process development of new Polycarbonate product formulations.

* Provide guidance to development and operations to implement new Polycarbonates products.

* Provide technical support for Polycarbonate product development (including helping with the development of quality control and testing requirements, documentation, etc).


* Act as a consultant to other parts of the organization in the area of expertise.

* Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of new product trials.


* Analyze, present and document the results.

Qualifications:

* Master's in Polymer Material Science, PhD is a plus.

* At least 10 years of post Master's, or Doctorate, experience with at least 5 years in industrial applications (non-academic positions).


* Demonstrated ability to apply polymer synthesis techniques.

* Excellent communications skills.


* Must have sound analytical skills, attention to details, strong problem solving skills.
